Governance and Committees
The Center for Scholarly Technology (CST) is a unit within the Technology-Enhanced Learning group of Information Technology Services. CST reports directly to Susan Metros, the associate vice provost for Technology-Enhanced Learning and deputy chief information officer. The Web Services and Learning Environments units also report to Susan Metros.
Blackboard Advisory Committee (BAC)
The Blackboard Advisory Committee (BAC) is composed of faculty members and senior administrators. The committee advises ITS leadership on policies and support issues related to Blackboard, the university's learning management system, and works to improve the user experience and promote the use of Blackboard in the university's distance-learning and technology-enhanced programs. Otto Khera, director of CST, and Patrick Crispen, program manager at CST, serve as ex officios on this committee.

TEL Technical Circle
TEL Technical Circle is composed of IT leaders from across campus. The group advises ITS leadership about new tools and technologies relevant to technology-enhanced learning.
